We will gladly accept a return or exchange within 14 days of delivery or pick-up. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging (if any) to our shop within 14 days from the delivery or pick-up date. As soon as the returned product(s) are received in original condition, we will issue your refund.

The return shipment must be independently arranged, and all associated costs are covered by the customer. To ensure a successful return, please make sure your piece is in as-new condition, and that you have the original packaging on hand.

Any furniture customized to your specifications is considered a custom order, which is final sale and non-refundable. All items sold at a discounted sale or promotional price are also final.

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund.

Once your order is ready to ship, you will be contacted to schedule a delivery date. Most of the items will be delivered assembled and ready to use. You can always pick up your order at our location on Galiano Island, BC.

Our warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for one year from the product’s date of delivery. If you experience any issues with your Artelle piece, please let us know. We will arrange replacement parts, repairs, and, if necessary, complete replacements.
