Yes, absolutely. This is a great way for you to undertake some DIY and save money. If you are looking for a well-built tiny home shell we are happy to help you. We can take a tiny home to any stage you like and let you do the interior finishing.

Generally the price depends on the model and on the level of customization. Overall our homes are within price range of $80,000 - $160,000. We will be happy to work with your budget and offer you the best design and quality built house for your bucks.

Depends on the shell completion stage. Overall our shells are ranging between $40,000 and $80,000. We can tailor the shell build to match your budget and skill level, so you can save money and have fun finishing your dream home.

It depends of design complexity & house size. Average house should be ready in  about 4 months from the beginning of the construction.

Do the homes come with a warranty?

Yes, we offer one year manufacturer's warranty on all of our tiny homes.

Can you build a tiny home with ground level bedroom?

Yes, absolutely. We can design & build ground level bedroom even in 26' house or it could be in 24' x 10' house with the accessible bedroom.

Can I have a wood stove installed in my tiny house?

Yes, we can plan & install wood fired stove for you or just arrange space for your stove if you decide to install it later.
